About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at AdaptNXT, you'll create the interfaces that enterprise users interact with every day. You'll translate Figma designs into reusable React components, connect UIs to backend APIs, and ensure the application is fast, accessible, and responsive across all devices.

This is a great opportunity if you're a fresher or junior developer who has built React projects (even personal ones) and wants to grow into a professional frontend engineer with real-world enterprise exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive, accessible, and performant web UIs using React.js
Convert design mockups (Figma) into pixel-perfect React components
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using React hooks or state management libraries
Write clean, modular, and maintainable component code following best practices
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship from senior engineers
Collaborate with backend developers and designers in agile sprints
Optimise application performance (load time, rendering, bundle size)

Requirements

0–1 year of experience with React.js (personal projects, college projects, or internships count)
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Familiarity with React concepts: components, props, state, hooks, JSX
Basic understanding of REST APIs and async data fetching (fetch/Axios)
Awareness of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks
Working knowledge of Git for version control
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
Attention to detail and a keen eye for UI quality

Bonus Points

Experience with Next.js or Vite-based React projects
Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Knowledge of component libraries (Material UI, Shadcn/UI, Ant Design)
Basic understanding of TypeScript
Exposure to unit testing in React (Jest, React Testing Library)
Portfolio of live React projects (GitHub or deployed URLs)
