About the Role

As a Flutter Developer at AdaptNXT, you will work alongside experienced mobile engineers to design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You'll participate in the full mobile development lifecycle — from wireframes to production deployments — and gain hands-on exposure to real-world client projects across industries like retail, healthcare, and IoT.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers with up to one year of experience who are passionate about Flutter and eager to level up their skills under mentorship from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Implement pixel-perfect UI components from design mockups (Figma/XD)
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs into mobile applications
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs in the mobile app
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA engineers
Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and best practices

Requirements

0–1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (projects, internships, or personal apps count)
Basic understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC/Provider)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles for mobile
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or local storage (Hive, SQLite)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
Open-source contributions on GitHub
