About the Role

This is a hands-on B2B sales internship where you'll get direct exposure to how a technology consultancy grows its client base. You'll research prospects, craft personalised outreach, present technology solutions, and support the sales funnel from first contact to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients across target industries (retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics)
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry directories
  • Assist in preparing proposals, case studies, and sales presentations
  • Schedule and attend client discovery calls alongside senior sales team members
  • Maintain and update CRM records with lead data, call notes, and follow-up tasks
  • Support writing outreach emails, follow-up sequences, and prospecting scripts
  • Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to inform the sales strategy
  • Track key sales metrics and report weekly progress to the business development manager

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — in English
  • Genuine interest in the technology industry (AI, IoT, software development)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
  • Professional attitude and ability to represent AdaptNXT to enterprise clients
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

  • Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Experience cold-emailing or LinkedIn prospecting
